The following information explains how you report spam, and the avenues open to you to ensure that companies comply with the Australian laws regarding spam e-mails.

You can lodge a complaint, or report spam to ACMA.
The ACMA have released software called SpamMATTERS, that allows you to report and delete spam at the same time. The SpamMATTERS software downloads and installs a simple toolbar in your e-mail program. This will allow you to report spam with a click of your mouse.
